Late M.K.PARENDEKAR
1877-1961
He graduated from the Sir J.J.School of Art, Bombay in 1905. In 1917, Lord willingdon appointed him as Artist to the Governer of Bombay. Gangasingh Bahadur, Maharaja of Bikaner was his admirer and life long patron. Parendekar was Founder Member of the Art Society of India. He travelled extensively in India which resulted in a superb series of water colours.
